Chartegy ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why. Short version: we collect what's needed to run the service, we never sell your data, and you can delete your account anytime.

1. What We Collect

  • Account info: Your email address and hashed password (via Supabase). We never store plaintext passwords.
  • Usage data: Analyses generated, frameworks used, and plan tier — used to enforce limits and improve the service. AI-generated content is stored so you can access your history.
  • Payment data: Stripe customer ID and subscription ID only. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles that entirely.

We use session cookies (managed by Supabase) to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to run your account, deliver analyses, enforce plan limits, process payments, and send essential emails. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

Supabase:Authentication, database, and session management.
Stripe:Payment processing for paid subscriptions.
Anthropic:AI model (Claude Haiku) that generates your framework content — your topic is sent to their API.
Vercel:Hosting and deployment for chartegy.ai.

4. Your Rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email support@chartegy.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove your personal data within 30 days.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed. We follow standard security practices, but no online service is 100% secure.

7. Changes

We'll email you if we make material changes to this policy.
